Beschreibung:

In times of uncertainty, Liminal Futures Lab invites changemakers to a four-day immersive gathering in Stolzenhagen. Through Open Space, embodiment practices, and deep dialogue, we explore future skills for transformation. Join a vibrant community to sense, co-create, and reimagine change. Expect radical conversations, movement, and nature-based learning. Together, we explore ways to navigate uncertainty and co-create resilient futures within our liminal present.

What's the Liminal Futures Lab?

We are living in an in-between time—where old systems are dissolving, and new ones have yet to take shape. This liminal space is not empty; it is full of potential, much like the Japanese concept of Ma ()—the space between, the pause that holds meaning.

Liminal Futures Lab is a four-day immersive gathering in Stolzenhagen for a select group of changemakers, activists, and social innovators who seek to navigate this threshold with intention. Here, we embrace the unknown, not as something to be feared but as a space of emergence. Through Open Space Technology, embodiment practices, deep listening, and nature-based learning, we cultivate the skills, relationships, and imagination needed to co-create regenerative futures.

This is not a conventional conference but a living laboratory—an invitation to slow down, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue. Just as Ma allows music to breathe, architecture to flow, and poetry to resonate, this gathering offers a space to sense, connect, and co-create new possibilities.

Who is Liminal Futures Lab for?

Liminal Futures Lab is designed for a select group of changemakers, activists, social innovators, and transformation practitioners who are actively engaged in shaping the future. We invite those who are not only navigating uncertainty but also committed to fostering systemic change—people who seek to hold space for complexity, sense-making, and new ways of being in the world.

This gathering is not a traditional conference but an immersive experience where participants co-create the agenda, engage in deep conversations, and explore embodied practices. We are curating an intimate and high-trust space, bringing together individuals who are ready to engage with openness, presence, and a willingness to experiment at the edges of change.

If you are looking for meaningful peer exchange, future-oriented dialogue, and transformative practices—and if you resonate with the idea of stepping into the unknown with a community of fellow pioneers—this gathering is for you.

Participation is by invitation only, ensuring a committed and engaged group of approximately 20 engaged participants, that can fully embrace the depth of this experience.

The Venue

Not far from the Oder River, right on the edge of the "Lower Oder Valley" National Park, lies Lunow-Stolzenhagen. Surrounded by the gentle hills of the Uckermark and the Oder’s floodplains, a vast expanse unfolds, inviting you to fully arrive in the moment. No stress, no rush—just openness. On good days, even the mobile network avoids this place (well, there is Wi-Fi, after all).

On the grounds of a former Agricultural Production Cooperative, the cooperative-run Gut Stolzenhagen has existed since the 1990s, inviting you to immerse yourself in community, in yourself, and in nature.
