Über mich:

"Devoted to the reverence and repair of our sacred connection to the Earth & to the delicate strands of our inter-being: through music, ritual, embodiment & community"
"Social issues that move me and that I am moving forward with: Action on behalf of life transforms. Because the relationship between self and the world is reciprocal, it is not a question of first getting enlightened or saved and then acting. As we work to heal the earth, the earth heals us.” –Robin Wall Kimmerer"

Gesellschaftliche Themen, die mich bewegen und die ich bewege

For the past 25 years I've been researching and engaging in the power of art, ritual & embodiment as gateways to inner/outer transformation:  and it continues to be a wild dance, deeply humbling and full of paradoxes.

As the complexity grows & deepens inside our world—and various forces aid in creating extreme polarities, separation & increased division—I am deeply passionate about creative forces that can create connection, compassion & understanding, as well as emergent spaces that can help us to compost, metabolize, and move with the grief, the potential, the complexity, and the much needed grace of beauty & simplicity.

As a professional DJ, Open Floor Embodied-Dance Facilitator, Transformational Coach and Grief Tender (currently studying Global Social Witnessing facilitation with the Pocket Project), I am driven by a longing to aid in serving the (collective/individual) healing of the past, help in mid-wifing the emergent-present, all while keeping in mind the wider vision, and how our labors can be of service to the future generations to come.

As an embodied-artist, I have a tendency to weave a more non-linear, animistic & intuition-lead path: entwining music, dance, earth-based-connection, while co-creating an emergent field together.  I see and feel the increasing need for us to remember the fabric of our common-humanity:  and ancient/modern technologies such as music, dance and grass-roots rituals can aid in that remembering and reverence.

There is so much to compost and repair, and yet, so much to create and envision:  I'm here for our collective-evolution, and I see that there is no way to bypass the cracks that are being revealed, with each strand of crisis revealing themselves:  I believe there is a great wisdom and healing power by meeting & metabolizing these cracks (inside and outside of us)...May we have the courage to meet in these wounds--with grace and reverence--for all of Life.
